This is yet another great example of what a cover up should look like. A Cresent moon that turned into an absolute gem! This freehand cover up tattoo was done by Nina Rademayer of Zen Ink Professional Tattoo Studio in Johannesburg South Africa.

The original shape of the moon was used as the centre piece of the peacock feather, with added jewellery adornment and a cresent moon on the top of the design with a couple of shimmering star’s. This feminine and detailed tattoo flows extremely well with the shape of the body and looks gorgeous.

Fine white highlights and shading give this tattoo depth and texture. The client was very happy with the overall outcome of the tattoo and trusted her artist to make it the best piece possible.

Nina used a Professional Tattoo Rotary Pen, Dynamic Tattoo Ink, Fusion Tattoo Ink and freehand design to complete this cover up tattoo.
